Exterior Cleaning Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to all pressure washing, soft washing, and exterior cleaning services, including, but not limited to, window cleaning, carried out by Ultra Jett Exterior Cleaning.

  1. General
    By accepting a quotation or allowing work to commence, the client agrees to these Terms & Conditions in full.
  2. Chemicals & Treatments
    Where applicable, professional cleaning solutions (including but not limited to biocides, detergents, and soft wash solutions) may be used to achieve effective results.
    While all products are used in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and industry best practice, Ultra Jett Exterior Cleaning cannot be held responsible for adverse reactions involving plants, pets, wildlife, or surfaces not disclosed prior to the work.

It is the client’s responsibility to:

  • Keep pets indoors and away from treated areas during and after cleaning
  • Remove or protect sensitive plants, furniture, and personal items
  • Inform us of any known sensitivities, pets, ponds, or wildlife before work begins
  1. Pets & Wildlife
    Ultra Jett Exterior Cleaning accepts no liability for injury, illness, or death of pets or wildlife due to exposure to cleaning products where reasonable precautions have been taken and prior warnings given.
  2. Surface Condition
    Pressure washing and exterior cleaning may reveal pre-existing damage including but not limited to:
  • Cracked or loose paving
  • Damaged pointing or jointing
  • Worn sealants
  • Faded or weakened surfaces

Ultra Jett Exterior Cleaning is not responsible for any pre-existing or underlying damage that becomes visible after cleaning.

  1. Water & Drainage
    The client is responsible for ensuring adequate water supply and drainage. Ultra Jett Exterior Cleaning is not liable for drainage issues, blockages, or flooding caused by pre-existing conditions.
  2. Access & Safety
    The client must provide safe and clear access to all work areas. Any delays caused by restricted access may incur additional charges.
  3. Weather Conditions
    Work may be postponed or rescheduled due to unsafe weather conditions. This will be communicated as soon as reasonably possible.
  4. Payments
    Payment terms are as stated on the invoice. Late payments may result in paused services or additional fees.
  5. Satisfaction
    If the client is not satisfied with the work, they must notify Ultra Jett Exterior Cleaning within 48 hours so any reasonable issues can be addressed.
  6. Liability Limitation
    Ultra Jett Exterior Cleaning’s liability is limited to the value of the work carried out. No responsibility is accepted for indirect or consequential loss.

By accepting a quote the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.


Window Cleaning Terms

1. Access to Property
The customer must provide safe and reasonable access to all areas requiring cleaning. Gates must be unlocked and access points clear on the day of service.

2. Cleaning Method
Exterior window cleaning is carried out using a purified water system (water-fed pole) or traditional methods where appropriate. Windows, frames, and sills will be cleaned unless otherwise stated.

3. Weather Conditions
Window cleaning may be carried out in light rain. In cases of severe weather or unsafe conditions, the service may be postponed and rescheduled.

4. First Clean Notice
Initial cleans may take longer and may not produce perfect results immediately due to previous build-up. Results generally improve after the first clean as frames and seals become free of residue.

5. Pre-Existing Damage
Ultra Jett Exterior Cleaning is not responsible for any pre-existing damage to windows, frames, seals, or surrounding structures. Any damage noticed before cleaning may be reported to the customer.

6. Window Condition
Windows that are damaged, poorly sealed, loose, or have deteriorated frames may leak during cleaning. We cannot be held responsible for water ingress caused by faulty seals or window defects.

7. Hard Water Stains & Glass Imperfections
We are not responsible for removing or fully restoring glass affected by hard water staining, mineral deposits, etching, or other permanent marks. While cleaning may improve the appearance, some marks may be permanent and cannot be removed through standard window cleaning methods.

8. Obstacles
Items blocking access to windows (furniture, vehicles, plant pots, etc.) may prevent cleaning. If access is not possible, those windows may be skipped.

9. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed. Payment methods may include bank transfer, card payment, or other approved methods.

10. Complaints or Concerns
If you are not satisfied with the service, please notify us within 24 hours so we can return and resolve the issue where possible.

11. Agreement
By booking our services, the customer agrees to the above terms and conditions.
